Hi, I’m Olivia.

I’m a somatic counselor and guide devoted to helping people come home to themselves — to their bodies, their truth, and their innate capacity for healing.

My work weaves together somatic therapy modalities, contemplative practice, and ritual, supporting those who feel called toward deeper connection to self, the divine, and others, through the gentle healing of early wounds. I create spacious, attuned containers where transformation unfolds at its own pace — through presence, curiosity, and listening to what is already alive within you.

Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned that peace comes from within — from being willing to face our deepest wounds and transmute them into sacred power. This is brave, magical and deeply transformative work.
