SESSIONS
INVITING ALCHEMY
These day-long sessions are for those ready to dive deep into their core material and meet what is ready to be worked through and released. This can lead to profound transformation within and without; and can be equated to many years of therapy in one day. Essential to these sessions is ample preparation, intention-setting, and integration.
THE
EXPERIENCE
INTAKE
1 hour (virtual).
After we have an initial intro call to see if we are the right fit to work together, I will send you some forms to complete that will give me a more complete picture of where you are and where you are hoping to be; and we will schedule an intake call to go over them together, along with any questions you may have.
INTENTIONS
1 hour (virtual).
This is where the magic begins. On this call, I will support you in meeting your sacred intention for our day of ceremony. Likely, this is a seed that has been with you for some time that you will find the right words for - a prayer, perhaps. You are invited to keep a journal to track any subtle shifts happening within you.
CEREMONY
1 day (in person).
A day of beauty to name and dance with your intention, to find the sacred mirror within yourself. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
INTEGRATION
2 x 1 hour (virtual).
These two calls will focus on the weaving of the ceremony’s insights back into the ceremony of life. We will capture the day’s insights and themes together and I will invite you into exploration around how to continue to tend those threads. We may use some somatic tools to time-travel back to the ritual space as well.
