The temple is where we women can gather in circle and tend to ourselves through the supreme sacred act of being witnessed.

We will meet every 2 weeks each month near the new and full moons to share from our hearts, in council. Between meetings, I will be sharing resources, each month, about nourishment specific to the feminine: how to support our hormonal cycles with food and herbs, how to honor the spiritual season of spring that we are entering (and that we enter, in our moon cycles, each month), as we tend each other in community.

I will also be offering 1:1 sessions to each woman participating in this container, to support individual nourishment and nervous system needs (this can include a microdosing protocol, if that is of interest). Most importantly, I know that each woman in this circle has her own medicine to bring: the alchemy of each of your medicine is what the circle will be made of.
