Home Economics - Payment Plan Terms + Conditions

By enrolling in Home Economics, you are committing to the full 9-month program, from October through June. Your payment plan divides the total program tuition into nine monthly payments for your convenience.

Payment Plan

Your monthly payment will be charged on the agreed-upon date each month for nine consecutive months. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to complete all nine monthly payments.

The payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full program tuition rather than a month-to-month membership. As such, choosing a monthly payment option does not mean that you may cancel at any time without further obligation.

Cancellation & Personal Emergencies

I understand that circumstances can change. If an unexpected personal emergency or significant life circumstance arises that makes continuing in Home Economics genuinely impractical, you may request to withdraw from the program.

In these circumstances, please reach out as soon as you are able. No detailed explanation or documentation is required; I simply ask that you communicate with me directly so we can determine the best way to handle the remaining payments.

Depending on the circumstances, we may agree to:

  • pause your participation and payments temporarily;

  • end your remaining payment obligation; or

  • make another arrangement that feels appropriate to the situation.

Cancellation for an emergency is considered on a case-by-case basis and is intended for significant, unexpected circumstances rather than a change of mind or a decision that the program is no longer a fit.

Voluntary Withdrawal

Because Home Economics is a cohort-based experience, regular participation is part of the commitment you are making to yourself and to the group. If you decide to leave for reasons other than a significant personal emergency, the remaining balance of your 9-month commitment will still be due.

If you are struggling to participate for any reason, I encourage you to reach out before withdrawing. Whenever possible, we can explore whether a temporary pause, adjustment, or other arrangement would allow you to remain part of the cohort.

Missed Sessions

Monthly tuition includes your place in the Home Economics cohort and access to the program as a whole. Individual missed sessions do not reduce or alter your monthly payment.

If you know you will miss a session, you are welcome to let me know in advance. When possible, recordings or alternative materials will be provided.

Payment Issues

If a monthly payment fails, you will be contacted to arrange payment. Please communicate with me promptly if you anticipate difficulty making a payment; I am much more open to working out an arrangement proactively than dealing with an unpaid balance after the fact.

Agreement

By enrolling in Home Economics and selecting the 9-month payment plan, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full 9-month program and agree to these payment terms.

I want this commitment to feel supportive rather than punitive. The purpose of these terms is simply to create clarity and stability for both you and the group while leaving room for the realities of life.
